- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 20 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
- If cancelled within 20 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
